Join Dallas Hartwig and Melissa Urban, founders of Whole 9, for a practical, straightforward, interactive discussion on the important role nutrition plays in your overall health and fitness. We’re in the process of adding two hours of new material, so you can take your nutritional know-how from the classroom to the lunch room, and everywhere in between!
You’ll learn:
- The good, bad and ugly side of how your food choices affect your metabolism, health and longevity
- How certain food groups are negatively impacting how you look, feel and perform, even if you don’t immediately notice their effects
- What you should be eating to look, feel and perform your best – and why you don’t really need to weigh and measure all your food to achieve excellent results
- A fool-proof meal planning template to help you manage meals, snacks and pre- and post-workout nutrition (including recommendations, examples and recipes)
- Discussion of common errors – ways to get it wrong when you’re doing everything right
- How to keep your nutrition plan on track during real life challenges, like traveling for work, dining out or family events
- The best way to incorporate “cheats” into your diet, enjoying the foods you really want without compromising your overall health and fitness goals
- And most importantly… how to break unhealthy patterns, habits and cravings related to food, and change the way you eat for the rest of your life in a healthy, balanced, satisfying and sustainable manner

I would advise EVERYONE to try and attend. Melissa and Dallas really know their stuff…and won’t get too scientific, so it will be very easy to follow.
Speaking for myself here: The goal for most of us is to Look, Feel and Perform better. Proper nutrition is 80% of the equation, and the Whole9 crew will show you how. We bust our a$$e$ for an hour a day at CF…what will you do with the other 23?
I’m very sad that I’ll be out of town for this one!

I’ve followed both Robb Wolf and Melissa for quite a while. Melissa lives the Paleo/Primal life style. It’s her passion and her zeal is awesome. I’ve learned an incredible amount from her and Robb both, and think that whether or not you are into the Paleo diet (*cough* DO IT!!! *cough*), the information on food quality alone should be enough to get your ass in a seat for this seminar.
