Make sure you go and see the fine folks at Core Crossfit, they treated me excellently when I was down there and have a beautiful space (not that I’m dissin’ ours, Damian, I love our space, there’s nothing better than our space, I wouldn’t change a thing, honest…).
I’m looking forward to a nice, cool workout today

24:36 – (225#) – chest to deck. Anyone see the Crossfit Games where they had to lift thier hands like this? The WOD was outside, I think in a tennis stadium, but on the black rubber flooring … at just before noon. Those matts had been baking in the sun all morning and the competitors were searing their palms and chests on each one. 3 rounds: 30 push ups, 21 OHS (95) with a 12′ wall climb between each of the movements in the couplet.

19:00 – (225#). Started @ 275 and then dropped the 25′s after round 2.
Chest to deck push-ups ended up pretty rough in the last couple rounds!
