Fight Gone Bad 5
Fight Gone Bad 5 will take place on Saturday, September 25th. This year's event arms to benefit three charities: LIVESTRONG, Wounded Warrior Project and the CrossFit Foundation. We will be running Fight Gone Bad workouts throughout the day, ending with a BBQ. Please register through www.fgb5.org as part of our team, CrossFit Minnesota. Last year, CrossFit Minnesota raised over $5,000. Let's plan to double that this year!
