Lara Worthington (née Bingle) has forged a successful career in modeling.

And the 33-year-old was back to work on Tuesday, taking part in a clothes fitting before a fashion shoot.

In a picture shared to Instagram Stories, the blonde catwalk queen looked slender in a black skintight gown.

Lara wore the midi-dress with black boots, and added an edgy touch with an animal-print top.

She told Russh magazine last year she’d made a major change to her diet.

Lara said she’d adopted a vegetarian diet alongside her husband, Sam Worthington, and that it had helped her look and feel better.

‘After watching documents, learning from James Cameron and [being] influence by my husband, [my family] went vegetarian years ago,’ she said.

Film director James Cameron, who worked with Sam on the 2009 sci-fi blockbuster Avatar, has been vegan for several years.

Lara explained: ‘It has made a huge difference to our lives.

‘Inner health relates directly to outer health and I have always believed what we put inside is reflected on the outside’.

As for workouts, Lara revealed she does Pilates four times a week, and also goes on daily walks.

She also drinks smoothies and eats ‘plenty of avocado’ to feel and look her best.

Lara recently told Marie Claire of her diet: ‘My wellness tips include avocado anything. [I like] lettuce boats for the 3pm grazing hour.

Lara also incorporates a host of fresh and frozen fruit and vegetables into her daily breakfast smoothie.
